What happens if my return goes missing on the way back to you?

We offer a tracked return service through DPD but it's important to note that this service is one we recommend but are not responsible for.
DPD do not offer insurance on their tracked returns service and as such, we are not able to pass on any insurance for returns to our customers.

If the parcel goes missing on the way back to us, Scottsdale Golf are not liable for replacement items or refunds.
It is the customers responsibility to return an item to us.

We use DPD as they offer a more comprehensive tracking service on their returns than many other companies.

If you are worried about a parcel going missing on it's way back to us, you may return items using a service of your choice.
