I spent Loyalty Points on my order, will these be refunded?

Whenever you return an item to us and it is then refunded, it will always be refunded to the original payment method.

For example, if you make a purchase from us at a value of £100.00 and it is paid for with £80.00 on a debit card and £20.00 loyalty points then, when it is returned to us and refunded, £80.00 will go back on to the debit card and £20.00 back to your loyalty points.
