How should I send a high value item back?

DPD offer a fully tracked return service which is hugely reliable.  However it's important to note that this service is one we recommend but are not responsible for.

If the parcel goes missing on the way back to us, Scottsdale Golf are not liable for replacement items or refunds.
It is the customers responsibility to return an item to us.

If you are worried about a parcel going missing on it's way back to us, you may return items using a service of your choice with a more comprehensive insurance option.
