When will I receive my tracking number?

UK Orders
When your order has been picked from our warehouse it will then be processed for shipping. As soon as the parcel is shipped you will then receive your tracking number via email. Please note that the tracking number may not be active on the courier website until approximately 6pm to 7pm on the day of the shipment.

International Orders
For every order that leaves the UK, we first ship the orders to the international hub.  You will be emailed when this happens.  When the order leaves the hub, the international tracking number will be emailed to you.
