My order is late. What can I do?

In the unlikely event of your order being late, you can contact the Scottsdale team via e-mail at pro@scottsdalegolf.co.uk
In your e-mail please include your 7 digit order number for UK customers, or the Global-E reference number if you are an overseas customer.

Please note
If you have not received your parcel in a reasonable time AFTER you have had confirmation it has shipped from us, please let us know.
We will not be able to send replacement orders for items not delivered if they are not reported to us in a timely manner.
